Shipping & Payment Information
Delivery / Shipping Costs
pekabo.ch delivers exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
The following delivery methods are available:

Orders containing only items in stock that reach pekabo.ch by 4:00 p.m. on a working day are processed and shipped the same day.
For orders of items that are not in stock and must be procured by pekabo.ch, the delivery times stated for each item apply. The delivery time is determined by the item with the longest procurement time.
Please note that pekabo.ch cannot accept any liability for the delivery services.
If acceptance of the delivery is refused, we will charge the costs incurred, as a rule twice the cost of the chosen delivery method. The purchase contract remains valid.
Terms of Payment
pekabo.ch GmbH offers the following payment methods:
- Invoice: Customers aged 18 or over who pass a credit check can order goods up to a value of CHF 250.– on invoice. The invoice is sent with the delivery and must be paid within 30 days without deduction.
- Credit card (VISA, Mastercard)
- PostFinance
- TWINT
- Prepayment: Payment must be received before pekabo.ch processes the order. Delivery options and dates depend on the date the payment is received.
All products delivered to the customer remain the property of pekabo.ch until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Late Payment / Reminders / Debt Collection
For deliveries on invoice, the purchase price is due within 30 days of receipt of the goods. If payment is not made within this period, the customer is in default.
In the event of default, pekabo.ch sends the customer one reminder by e-mail and one in writing. A reminder fee of CHF 10.– is charged with the 2nd reminder.
If the outstanding amount is still not paid after the 2nd reminder, the claim will be passed on to Intrum.
